While I appreciated the fastturnaround time, I was not pleased with the customer service or the quality of my order. First upon arrival the ladies behind the counter was eating, that's unprofessional. Secotndly, when I explained that I was there to pick up my order she said, did you pay already. I explained that I paid online she then says, 'you don't see your order out there'. This was my first time so I would have no way of knowing that I should look for my order on a table outside of the booth. It's a good thing I am an honest person because I could have taken any order. Now on to the order itself. No heat instructions were provided. So I had to watch some videos. I tried calling and didn't get an answer. The DTF once applied had a very plastic feeling to it, not how DTF should feel nor what I expected. It actually felt like poor quality heat transfer vinyl. I will not order from here again unless they give me an order credit to prove to me that they are worth my money. Speaking of money, they were pretty pricey.
